Notebooks 13.2.2 for iPhone & iPad
This update addresses a few glitches and inconsistencies related to recent system updates.
The Changes in Detail
Plain Text
- In a windowed environment, double tapping a word in editable plain text displays the context menu as expected.
- Tapping Wiki links containing Japanese characters correctly opens target document.
Formatted Documents
- Creating a new formatted document immediately activates the keyboard again.
- In some cases, editing formatted documents with external keyboard and mouse could have failed to save changes. This has been fixed.
- When using an external keyboard,
shift-cmd-rightcorrectly moves to the very end of the current line and no longer skips the last character. - Formatted documents consistently keep the cursor visible when tapping on the text to initiate editing, and they display the “Done” button in the top right corner, allowing users to dismiss the keyboard.
- Notebooks ensures that formatted documents are shared as HTML files instead of plain text.
Misc
- Default Theme improves image layout.
- Address a few inconsistencies with Audio Recordings (icons, pause, stop).
- Menus use icons more consistently throughout.
- Added Mulish Font, similar to Notebooks’ default font “Muli”, but with improved print rendering.
